BankPAC

On behalf of our member banks, the Alabama Bankers Association operates two political action committees:

1. BankPAC, a state political action committee that can receive unlimited personal and corporate contributions, but cannot receive contributions from other state or federal political action committee; and
2. ABA Federal PAC, a federal political action committee that can receive limited personal contributions and contributions from other federal political action committees but cannot receive corporate contributions or contributions from a state political action committee.

The purpose of these committees is to support state and federal candidates for public office who understand the vital role Alabama banks play in local, state, and national economies.
